Dewayne Dedmon returns to Heat on one-year deal

Free agent center Dewayne Dedmon has agreed to a one-year deal to return to the Miami Heat, sources tell The Athletic and Stadium.

ANALYSIS: Miami adds more depth to their roster with re-signing center Dewayne Dedmon. Dedmon appeared in 16 games for the Heat last season, averaging 7.1 points and 5.4 rebounds in 13.1 minutes per game. Pat Riley has been busy in South Beach during Day 1 of free agency and the Heat look poised to make a deep playoff run next season.
