Marcus Smart deemed out for Game 4

Boston Celtics guard Marcus Smart (ankle sprain) will not play tonight in Game 4 against the Miami Heat, according to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.

ANALYSIS: This is a devastating albeit hardly surprising loss on Boston's end. It was pretty miraculous that Smart actually gave it a go given how gruesome that ankle injury looked. The Celtics will have their work cut out for them without their best playmaker, but they have won without him in these playoffs.
