Woj: Kings hire Mike Brown to a four-year contract as head coach

The Sacramento Kings have agreed with Golden State assistant Mike Brown on a four-year contract to become the franchise’s next coach, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

ANALYSIS: This will be Brown's first head coaching gig since his second stint with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2014. Many believe Brown was the main reason why Cleveland failed to make any headway during their first era with LeBron James, but he has the chance to disprove that with Sacramento. Considering many thought Dallas hiring Jason Kidd was a mistake based on his coaching history with Brooklyn and Milwaukee only for him to prove them wrong, there's no harm in believing Brown could do the same with the Kings.
