According to Gary Washburn of the Boston Globe, Gordon Hayward is remaining in quarantine until Friday at noon ET, but is working with Celtics' trainers on his sprained right ankle daily. To strengthen the area of injury, he's been walking through the grass without shoes. His return is considered "uncertain" according to the report.

ANALYSIS: This is obviously a positive update for Brad Stevens and his Boston squad, one that is thriving even in the absence of one of its top players. Hayward's eventual return, if before the end of the playoffs, would provide a huge boost on both ends of the floor, especially on the play-making side of the floor and scoring department.
