Analysis: The Phoenix Suns now have 48 hours to either match the offer and keep Ayton or let him walk for free. If the Suns do match the offer sheet and keep Ayton, he cannot be traded until January 15 and cannot be traded to the Pacers for a full year.
Ayton still hasn't officially signed the offer sheet yet and a sign-and-trade deal is possible until he signs it.
