Kira Lewis Jr. has suffered a torn ACL and MCL sprain his right knee after injuring it in last night's game vs the Denver Nuggets.

ANALYSIS: The sophomore Lewis Jr. will in all likelihood be out for the season.

Lewis Jr. had been finding his stride of late, averaging 7.7 points in just 15.8 minutes per game on 48% shooting over his last 11 contests.

The Pelicans are now without their 2019 and 2020 lottery picks, though they hope to have Zion Williamson back soon.
