The WNBA announced that Chicago Sky forward Ruthy Hebard has been suspended for one game without pay and fined for leaving the bench area and becoming involved in an on-court altercation during the Sky’s game against the Dallas Wings on Aug. 6.
The suspension will be served on today, Aug. 8, when Chicago hosts the Minnesota Lynx.
Odyssey Sims and Dana Evans both received technical fouls after getting into it during Sky-Wings.

Hebard, the No. 8 overall pick in the 2020 WNBA Draft, is averaging 3.9 points and 2.3 rebounds, while shooting 57.1% from the field, in 8.9 minutes per game with the Sky.
